Greg Mortenson is the recipient of the 18th annual Salem Award for Human Rights and Social Justice for his work promoting peace and building schools for children, especially girls, in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

8:30 pm Reception and book signing at Salem High School included with ticket.

5:30 pm in the Salem High School Cafeteria (This ticket is for the dinner only.)

Free admission to the Salem Award Program for Salem residents and Salem State College students. (No longer available)

Salem residents may obtain free tickets at Salem City Hall, Legal Dept., 2nd floor. Limit 2 per resident.

SSC students may obtain free tickets at the Student Life Office, 245 Meier Hall. Limit 2 per student.
